Rates & Reservations

RATES - We have the best rates in Blue Ridge for a luxury cabin.  Rates are nightly and based on up to 4 adults and 2 children under 8 years of age.  Additional fees apply for additional persons.  Tax and cleaning fee not included in rates.   A security deposit is required in addition to the rate and refunded  upon departure and clear inspection of cabin.

RESERVATIONS
In order to hold a reservation, we require 50% of the total stay to be paid within 3 days after booking or the reservation will be cancelled.

We prefer money orders or cashier checks as payment.  Personal checks are accepted drawn on U.S. banks with proper id. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any personal checks on reservations made less than 15 days before arrival. Balance is due within 10 days prior to arrival date. Full payment is due at time of reservation for stays with less than 10 days notice.  We now accept Visa and Mastercard, but please note that we have to charge a processing fee. 

Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation, directions to the cabin, and the access code will be mailed, faxed or emailed to the registered guest ONLY.
